  • INVESTMENT CRITERIA

    €2,000,000 in residential real estate. Government donations of €100,000 to the Research and Innovation Foundation and €100,000 to the Cyprus Land and Development Corporation. Parents of the main investor and or spouse can be included provided they purchase a property of at least €500,000.
  • DOCUMENT CRITERIA

    The following documents are required: Passport (copy) - Birth Certificate - Biography - Marriage Certification - Schengen Visa (copy) - Declaration on previous citizenship applications in EU Member State
  • APPLICATION CRITERIA

    Applicants must hold a clean criminal record from the country of residence and their name must not be on the list of persons whose property is ordered to be frozen within the EU.
