We are delighted to share that Amaracus has been nominated at the Cyprus Eating Awards 2026, organised by Check In Cyprus, in the Hotel/Resort Restaurant – Outdoor Dining category. It is a recognition we are proud to share with our team and everyone who has joined us at our table.

Rooted in the landscape of Minthis, Amaracus takes its name from the wild oregano that grows throughout the resort. This connection to nature carries through to the kitchen, where seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean influences shape dishes that express a sense of place. Produce from our organic gardens and orchards, alongside carefully selected local ingredients, brings the surrounding land into the dining experience.

The outdoor experience at Amaracus unfolds across two distinct settings. In the Plateia, tables beneath the tree invite guests to gather in the warm, sociable atmosphere of the resort’s village square. On the balcony, sweeping mountain views offer a tranquil backdrop, inviting guests to linger over dinner as the evening light softens across the landscape.
