We are proud to announce a second sustainability award, the IAGTO Sustainability Award for Resource Efficiency 2020. This is the second prestigious award that Minthis Golf Club has received this year, after becoming the first course in Cyprus to be awarded with a GEO Certification. This latest award forms part of the prestigious annual IAGTO Awards, a partnership between International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) and non-profit golf sustainability body, GEO Foundation.

Lebanese percussion expert Albert Boyadjian and Cuban singer Jose Carlos delivered on a promise to create a breath-taking and sensational experience at Minthis on Friday 7th September. Hosting over 400 people, the evening was a spectacular end of summer party full of glamour and rhythm. The internationally renowned artiste and singer, supported by local islander DJ Demis, provided an exceptional and energetic show, fusing Middle Eastern energy and Latin passion.
Behind each structure, each space and each facade at Minthis is the talented architectural team at acclaimed international firm Woods Bagot. Woods Bagot’s award-winning work is renowned around the world, from the brand new luxury Kempinski Hotel in Muscat, Oman, to next generation mixed-use projects in Australia. Having held key positions in various top international practices, including more than two decades in senior roles at Woods Bagot, CEO Nik Karalis ensures that each one of the firm’s global projects reflect its ethos of architecture that is centred on the human experience. Karalis shares some insights into the creative philosophy behind Minthis and how this unique community is set to evolve.
Building is now well-underway on the newest neighbourhood at Minthis, The Ridge, which is set to be complete in spring 2019.
