Our centuries-old olive trees, flourishing under the Mediterranean sun, yield two distinctive varieties: the cherished Cypriot and the renowned and Coroneikes. These olives, nurtured by the fertile soil, are handpicked with the utmost respect for the land and its natural bounty. In year 2024, our harvest reached an impressive 900 kilograms, reflecting the grove’s natural abundance and the passion of our caretakers.
From our groves, the olives embark on a journey to the village of Ayia Varvara, where the renowned Prothiereas Oil Refinery carefully extracts the purest essence of the fruit. This meticulous process honors age-old techniques while embracing modern innovation, ensuring the highest quality olive oil.
