Named after wild oregano abundantly found throughout Minthis, the Amaracus restaurant serves an elegant menu of dishes inspired by the local area and home-grown produce.

Nature is at the heart of everything we do, so it was a natural progression for Minthis to welcome a Chef that brings the fruit and herbs of the land sustainably to life. Our Executive Chef introduces a seasonal menu prioritizing home-grown and locally sourced produce, using the finest ingredients from our organic gardens, the resort orchards, and our bee hives and vineyards to provide a new dining experience with dishes that will take you on a journey of Mediterranean flavours.

The Restaurant blends visionary design with exceptional menus in a relaxed setting, with informal but impeccable service. Dishes authored by the award-winning culinary team, showcase a unique fusion of Cypriot flavours and Mediterranean classics. Our Head Chef selects only the freshest locally-grown, reared, fished and foraged ingredients to prepare elegant lunches overlooking sundrenched vistas and sumptuous feasts in the private dining room.
