Named after wild oregano abundantly found throughout Minthis, the Amaracus restaurant serves an elegant menu of dishes inspired by the local area and home-grown produce.
Nature is at the heart of everything we do, so it was a natural progression for Minthis to welcome a Chef that brings the fruit and herbs of the land sustainably to life. Chef Dimitri Katrivesis introduces a seasonal menu prioritizing home-grown and locally sourced produce, using the finest ingredients from our organic gardens, the resort orchards, and our bee hives and vineyards to provide a new dining experience with dishes that will take you on a journey of Mediterranean flavours.
