drink in an atmospheric and incomparably beautiful setting. Our chefs make the most
of the natural bounty at Minthis using hand- picked nuts and figs, honey from our
beehives, olive oil made from our groves and fruit from the orchards – to create
mouthwatering dishes that can be paired with the best local Cypriot and international
wines.
There are two dining destinations to discover at Minthis; The Clubhouse, serving
breakfast and lunch menu’s, overlooking the golf greens; and the Plateia, our social
square with an infusions cocktail bar and the newest restaurant Amaracus, serving a
taste journey inspired by the Mediterranean.
Named after wild oregano abundantly found throughout Minthis, the Amaracus restaurant serves an elegant menu of dishes inspired by the local area and home-grown produce.
Nature is at the heart of everything we do, so it was a natural progression for Minthis to welcome a Chef that brings the fruit and herbs of the land sustainably to life. Our Executive Chef introduces a seasonal menu prioritizing home-grown and locally sourced produce, using the finest ingredients from our organic gardens, the resort orchards, and our bee hives and vineyards to provide a new dining experience with dishes that will take you on a journey of Mediterranean flavours.
